  • You will be charged the current subscription price on your renewal date

8.4 Cancellation

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the billing period

8.5 Refund Policy

For EU consumers: Under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, if you request the service to begin during this period and you subsequently cancel, you may be charged for the services already provided. All other subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

  • Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. For EU consumers, you retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of Georgia, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
